ahahahah no è la mia "strategia" del momento...in pratica siccome quando sto a casa ho un po' di cosette da fare, mi alleno e nel frattempo faccio altro, quindi può capitare che per fare 5 set impieghi 2 ore, mentre altre volte mantengo ritmi serrati
