Una curiosità, perchè evitare le banane?

Credo che mi siano state sconsigliate in quanto possono stringere e quindi dare problemi di regolarità, le disfunzioni intenstinali sono tra le cause di prostatiti o comunque le possono favorire; di sicuro non è un cibo proibito per intenderci, dipende anche dalla persona, se gli causa stitichezza, è meglio evitarle.
Il piccante, posso assicurare personalmente se ne faccio uso soffro immediatamente di emorroidi, ovviamente ci sono persone che ne possono usare alte quantità senza mai avere problemi, penso dipenda anche dalla persona se è più portata o meno, per quanto riguarda la prostata so per certo che gli urologi e proctologi dicono di evitarlo, non conosco i motivi.

Eh lo so di questo costume, ma non ho mai trovato spiegazioni valide (e anche molti miei conoscenti/amici confermano che il piccante è un armageddon per le loro emorroidi). Ma quello potrebbe esser spiegato dal fatto che non è insolito che ci siano dei pezzi indigesti di peperoncino e la capsaicina presente, strusciando contro le emorroidi, fa bruciore

Dato che qua, se sembrava ovvio, nessuno si poneva il problema.

Non penso di dover sottolineare che fra il buco del culo e la prostata ci siano strati tissutali di separazione, quindi non entrerebbe in contatto con capsaicina non digerita.

Delle banane mi frega nulla

Io non mi riferivo solo alla prostata.
Però chiedevo solo che motivazione c'era dietro perchè era una cosa che sentivo per la prima volta.

Del peperoncino sapevo che non era l'ideale in caso di emorroidi, come altri cibi piccanti, caffè e alcolici.

Poi non avendo quel tipo di problemi non avevo mai approfondito e li davo per certi.

E' dall'inizio che dico di fare sesso con regolarità....l'unico modo per prevenire qualsiasi fastidio alla prostata è TENERLA IN ALLENAMENTO!

Qui non si parla di CANCRO alla prostata... ma di prostatite presumo NON batterica, una infiammazione quindi.

Omega 3 e attività sessuale moderata (e soprattutto VELOCE senza ritardare neanche un secondo) possono aiutare...
