In un articolo più recente, per chi compete ai crossfit games, si consigliava anche pro/carbo, beta alanina, creatina e una tal "Microlactin" che non ho idea di cosa sia

è un integratore che si usa per chi ha problemi alle articolazioni, funziona in modo diverso dalla gluco ... infatti li si può prendere insieme.
è un integratore usato anche sugli animali per lo stesso problema e si chiama Duralactin
