Se cerchi bene , ci sono prodotti analoghi che costano esattamente le metà , anzi per meglio dire trovi il doppio della quantità allo stesso prezzo .

una razione è 150g :eek:? Di cui 80g di carbo? è un no sense. Paghi oro degli economicissimi carboidrati. Una confezione dura 15 utilizzi e costa 45€? più di 3 euro a botta? per dello zucchero??????noNONO

Se lo usasse a 100 g avrebbe circa 50g di carbo e 30 di pro, oltre al miscuglio di creatine e la betaalanina , ma è pur sempre un prezzo elevatissimo.

Sì, circa 2€ e 25 serving....

praticamente tutti i gainer hanno condizioni simili mi pare comunque

è proprio un tipo di integratori da non comprare infatti.
Mangia un panino imbottito piuttosto.
