proteine di latte materno? O.o se così fosse sarebbero digeribili..ma la cosa mi lascia alquanto basito

scusate volevo editare ma non so perchè non mi è sempre permesso..mi pare di capire solamente che hanno uno spettro aminoacidico ottimo per gli umani..boh per il resto ho capito ben poco

dovrebbe essere con il rapporto 40% caseine e 60% whey se non ricordo male dato che nel latte vaccino il rapporto è 80% caseine e 20% whey
se è solo questo potresti farlo da solo :)
