E' creatina hcl.

L'unico vantaggio potenziale è la maggiore solubilità in acqua.
E' proprio questo il motivo per il quale, anche molti farmaci, sono in versione hcl.

quelli della ProMera Health dicono che basta 750mg per avere lo stesso effetto di 5-10gr di creatina normale!!!

mi viene solo da pensare che si riferiscano a un minore peso molecolare...ma è comunque un assurdità :D
750mg varranno come 7.75mg circa;)

Intanto, di base, la versione hcl contiene meno creatina per grammo rispetto ad una monoidrato, per esempio.

perchè la rende più solubile l'acido cloridrico? pensavo che siccome fosse contenuto nei succhi gastrici era per migliorare l'assimilazione nn per la solubilità...

un prodotto particolare un po' di nicchia una specie di nuova krealkalyna, cioe una creatina ancora piu veicolata e assimilabile
di questo prodotto c'e' chi ne parla bene e qualcuno male
il fatto è che sui forum ci vuole poco a crearsi vari account e lodare i vari prodotti qualche casa lo fa
tra l'altro anche la krealkalyna se non mi sbaglio tutti gli studi che ha sono stati fatti dalla societa detentrice del brevetto

ce anche un altro prodotto della gnc si chiama amplified creatine
contiene creatina hlc ma il dosaggio e leggermente piu alto 1250mg.

ma la con-cret e'troppo costosa!ho trovato e provato la creatina hcl di tested nutrition 120 caps da 750 mg a 16,90 euro.la differenza tra le due?la tested non fa pubblicita'e non usa barattoli fluorescenti x quello costa il giusto.

La monoidrata non è solubile in acqua.
Non tutte le hcl sono uguali, infatti la Promera ha un brevetto della sua.

Il fatto che sia solubile fa si che passi molto velocemente nello stomaco, come se fosse acqua, evitando che stia troppo in contatto con l'hcl quello dello stomaco....

Certo i claim sono pubblicità, ma secondo me è un buon prodotto, magari ad un prezzo un pò elevato.
