a base di 6 bromo c'era un prodotto che si chiamava cissus drol e un altro della Better Body Sports complete pct
cmq il 6 bromo è stato tolto in america anche perche potenzialmente pericoloso perche poteva in parte inibire l'asse

capisco....quindi 6 bromo dai test effettuati sembra essere pericoloso...
Ma essendo un AI per quale motivo questo prodotto di sintesi dovrebbe inibire(anche se di poco) l'asse?
ATD e 6oxo non inibiscono nula ad esempio.

basta che andavi a cercare se ne era parlato ....
questo è quello che ha scritto anto un ragazzo veramente in gamba che scriveva prima qui, peccato che ora non si faccia piu vivo, cmq

Il 6.bromo è un AI steroideo, di classe 1 nn competitivo, molto simile all'ATD, come capacità inibitrice si trova leggermente al di sotto dell'ATD (l'ATD per adesso è il + potente, ma nn è sempre un bene).
Il problema è che il 6-bromoandrostenedione (6-bromo-4-androstene-3,17-dio) è composto da 2 isomeri, o meglio, nella sua sintesi nn si sa l'effetto bilanciamento tra i 2 isomeri alfa e beta e la AX nn lo riporta sulla dicitura.
L'isomero alfa sembra selettivo nell'inibizione dell'aromatase tipo 1, che converte il 16-hydroxy-test in estriol, mentre l'isomero beta sembra essere + potente nei confronti dell'aromatase di tipo 1 e 2 (che converte l'androstenedione in estradiolo ed estrone).
Il problema riguardo all'isomero alfa è che viene convertito in 6-bromo-testosterone, rendendolo un proormone e potenzialmente inibitorio.
